I’m humbled to share that I have been named a 2026 Real Leader of Real Estate by Real Leaders of Real Estate and Real Leaders Inc.

The Real Leaders Impact Awards honor leaders who are redefining the standards of success in commercial real estate. After several years in this business, my definition of success hasn’t changed: it’s never been about volume. It’s about people.

It’s about the trust clients place in you when they’re making an important decision. The partnerships you build to help them move forward. And the communities you’re lucky enough to serve along the way.

That belief shapes how I approach my work. Every client has different goals, and every transaction requires its own path. My responsibility is to listen, understand what matters, and bring together the right people to get the deal done—even when that means working across competitive lines.

Commercial real estate is a relationship business. Knowing when to lead, when to listen, and when to bring in another perspective can make all the difference for a client.
